The Purpose of Dance to Deliver
Dance to Deliver is a transformative arts and wellness experience designed to equip movement artists to use dance as a tool for healing, expression, and community impact. Rooted in the belief that creative expression can restore, empower, and connect, this conference provides a space where participants grow both personally and artistically.

Dance to Deliver serves a diverse community of emerging and experienced artists, offering an inclusive environment where individuals are challenged to reach their highest potential. This program lives as the culmination of a year-long journey to wellness and sits at the intersection of arts, mental health, and community engagement—empowering individuals to turn movement into a catalyst for personal transformation and collective impact.

The History of Dance to Deliver
Dance to Deliver began in 2019 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bridgewater, New Jersey, welcoming 80 participants in its inaugural year. In 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference adapted to a virtual format, ensuring that participants could continue accessing artistic, educational, and wellness-centered programming during a critical time of isolation and uncertainty. Since then, the conference has continued to grow, reaching approximately 300 participants by 2025.
This growth reflects the increasing demand for programs that combine the arts, personal development, and community connection in meaningful and impactful ways.
