Minister Najiyyah Bailey

 Minister Najiyyah Bailey, wife, mother and worship artist, serves as the Technical Director of DEW Ministries, a NJ-based community ministry whose focus is on evangelism and uniting & educating worship artists. Najiyyah published her first book in 2017 entitled Hannah’s Heart: A Believer’s Journey Through Infertility. This book is a testimonial about the power of faith and how worship and prayer guided her through the heartbreak of childlessness. Najiyyah has also completed theological studies in the areas of dance, leadership and prayer. Serving in several capacities at Ruth Fellowship Ministries including the Ministerial Staff, Communications and the Dance Ministry, she is also the Marketing Coordinator & Executive Assistant at a local grief support center.

​She is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Brunswick Theological Seminary and she is the owner of Butterfly East LLC. Through Butterfly East, she offers graphic design services, digital solutions, event production and business consultations. Najiyyah is committed to advancing the Kingdom of God and proclaiming liberty to the captives through song, dance, prayer, the preached word and every other gift that He has graced her with.
