Minister Najiyyah Bailey

Minister Najiyyah Bailey, a devoted wife and mother, is a faith-based leader, preacher, and creative strategist committed to transformation and healing. Serving in leadership at Ruth Fellowship Ministries under her pastor, Rev. Tracey L. Brown, she is known for empowering others through the Word of God, prayer, and innovative ministry.


She is Co-founder and Co-Director of DEW Ministries, alongside Evangelist Shaquana Jordan, where they annually host the Dance to Deliver Conference—an international gathering uniting worship, movement, and wellness. She also leads the annual global prayer meeting, Wave Offering Waterfront Worship Experience, bringing worshippers together worldwide to lift banners in worship, intercede for their regions, and proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ.


Inspired by Isaiah 61:1–3, her ministry centers on prayer, inner healing, and restoration. She is the author of Hannah’s Heart: A Believer’s Journey Through Infertility. As an anointed Bible teacher and curriculum developer, Min. Najiyyah has created dynamic, scripture-rich study guides and presentations that make biblical truths accessible, relevant, and life-altering. Her work empowers believers to deepen their faith and embrace spiritual authority. She annually organizes Through the Bible in One Year, an online bible-study open to all since 2014. In addition, she serves as a member of the City of Newark Interfaith Clergy Alliance and as Co-chair of NJPAC’s Faith-Based Advisory Committee.


Her influence extends beyond the pulpit, championing women, youth, families, and community growth. She is the owner of Butterfly East, a digital solutions company, and serves as Media & Design Manager at Imagine, A Center for Coping with Loss, a nonprofit supporting children and families who are grieving.
